Cornmeal dusted, flash fried, served over fresh pomodoro sauce.

Entrées

Seafood Gumbo   24

Shrimp, clams, mussels, andouille sausage, and chicken served over rice. 

Filet Bleu   42

6 oz filet mignon (pan seared) and topped with a lightly smoked bleu cheese. Served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable, and a port-infused veal glaze.

Pork Rouladen   22

Pork loin stuffed with spinach, bacon, and herbs. Served with German dumplings, seasonal vegetable, and a hearty gravy.

Scallop St. Jacques  36

Large diver scallops seared and finished with mushrooms and lemon butter. Topped with a buttery cheese and toasted bread crumbs. Served with rice and seasonal vegetable.
