Dear Conestoga Country Club Members,
As a follow-up to our recent communication, we would like to inform you that effective April 1st, a 3.5% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments.
To help you avoid this fee and offer a more convenient and cost-effective way to pay your club statements, we are pleased to announce that ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments are now available through the member portal.
How to Set Up ACH Payments:
1. Log in to the member portal and go to Member Statements
2. Select Online Payments at the top of the screen
3. Go to Add Bank Info
4. Enter your bank name, routing number, and account number
5. Choose your account type (Checking or Savings) and account category (Business or Personal)
6. Click Submit
To Make a One-Time ACH Payment:
• Log in to the member portal and go to Member Statements
• Click Online Payments
• Select your payment amount (Last Statement Balance, Current Balance, or Other)
• Click Pay Now
• Choose your bank account on the payment screen (note: if both a credit card and bank account are on file, the system defaults to the credit card—be sure to select your bank account instead)
• Confirm your payment amount and click Pay Now
• You will receive a confirmation email
Interested in Autopay?
You can also enroll in ACH Autopay to automatically pay your monthly balance on the 5th of each month. Simply:
• Enter your bank account information as described above
• Email [email protected] giving permission to automatically withdraw from your account.
Current Credit Card Autopay Members:
You have three options:
• Remain on autopay (note: 3.5% fee will apply)
• Contact the office ([email protected]) to be removed from autopay and pay via check or ACH
• Enroll in ACH autopay
